At Tacit Collective, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all tags and documentation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
